Biography of Hudson Taylor

Hudson Taylor was a British missionary who founded the China Inland Mission and became known for adopting Chinese dress and customs to better reach local communities. His emphasis on faith and cultural sensitivity shaped modern mission strategy.

Taylor used hymns translated into Chinese and encouraged local believers to develop their own worship music. He also distributed hymnbooks and devotional materials to support new congregations.

Taylor collaborated with Chinese Christians, mission workers, and supporters in Britain who helped expand the China Inland Mission.
